Profile
Neale Joseph is an established contemporary Australian artist who exhibits widely and has an impressive record of representation in national and international exhibitions.
Neale’s work echoes the beauty of the Australian landscape. He uses traditional mediums of oil and
acrylic materials to capture the richness and diversity of Australian scenery.
Profoundly aware of the interconnection of all life forms, Neale often produces
work in response to specific backgrounds or environments using a diverse range
of colour and depth.
Apart from beachscapes and
landscapes, Neale loves to capture the intimate and spontaneous moments in the
joy of everyday life through his art.
Neale’s work provides an
insight into his remarkable technique and his imagery provides a snapshot of
his life and environment at that time.
Neale’s first solo exhibition was in 1990 on the NSW Central
Coast which was the first of many sell out exhibitions. He has since been
awarded both the internationally recognized ‘Veuve Clicquot’ and ‘Great South
Land’ art prizes winning a trip to Paris and invite to exhibit in the
parliament house, which was a another sell out exhibition.
Neale has exhibited regularly
in solo and group exhibitions in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.

His work has achieved acclaim
from some of the most influential international and Australian icons such as
Arthur Boyd, former United States President George Bush Senior and former Australia
Prime Minister John Howard. Large corporations such as IBM, Sara Lee, Dairy
Farmers, Telstra and Commonwealth Bank are also collectors of his work.
His most recent solo
exhibitions in Australia include ‘Heart of Australia’ ‘Paradise Collection’ and ‘Coast to Coast’. Neale has also recently been commissioned to paint
the BMW Art car.
Due to the rising Demand for Neale
Joseph’s artworks, it has seen him launch a second Central Coast Gallery with
another on the way, including a Sydney Gallery in the near future. 2012 brings
along the next venture ‘Neale Joseph Galleries’
